• Customer facing responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market, ability to achieve timeliness of objectives • Key Account Manager responsible for Data Centre segment driving business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple states • Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services • Collaborate with region leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s) • Develop and own with the support of the regional Directors, strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies • Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities • Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Data Centre strategic customer accounts • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing • Perform periodic account reviews with management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience • Minimum of 10 years of experience • Years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience • Ability to travel up to 50% • 3 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers • Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies • Ability to interact & function cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
