• Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention products • Develop new accounts and drive adoption of VenaSeal and Closure System products across the continuum of care for venous disease • Manage territory organization, planning, administration, expenses, and compliance • Train medical staff on products and procedures • Meet sales management expectations and sales, budget, and account development targets • Develop and execute ongoing sales plans • Prospect among general/vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists, and other physicians treating venous disease • Identify opportunities and implement strategies across hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices • Leverage TAP programs, CVG collaborations, partnerships, contracts, and the full product portfolio to drive growth • Monitor market trends and competitive information and report relevant changes to sales management • Maintain account coverage and territory efficiency • Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers, customers, administrators, and staff • Drive account value through disciplined pricing and contract utilization • Understand customer needs, overcome objections, build consensus, secure commitments, and close business • Plan and deliver sales and product presentations • Maintain existing business and develop new opportunities • Represent the company at industry conferences and pursue sales leads • Educate customers and resolve complaints • Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and support cases • Engage physicians in clinical conversations about EndoVenous product advantages • Conduct business according to ethics, compliance, and FDA requirements • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, and other internal functions • Communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, sales leads, pricing, and account activity • Develop and maintain technical and clinical product knowledge • Understand competitive products and reimbursement landscape • Participate in product and skills development programs
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years relevant experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • 4+ years of B2B or medical device sales preferred • Degree in biological science or business preferred • Knowledge and experience in operating room, hospital, and physician’s office protocol/conduct • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel • Excellent verbal and listening skills • Ability to work independently and drive results • Presentation skills • Business planning skills • Computer PC literacy • Ability to use technology and applications, including iPad and Salesforce.com • Willingness to travel, including potential overnight travel • Must be willing/available to work or travel weekends and evenings • Must be available for on-call time • Ability to transport product/equipment from car to hospital • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to eight-plus hours per day • Ability to travel extensively; approximately 10% of time • Must be able to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
