• Support Account Managers and PAMs with day-to-day client needs, including campaign setup, pacing checks, and reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution • Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including performance summaries and presentations • Surface any issues immediately to AMs or PAMs with a plan for how to solve • Be a team player by going above and beyond to support client needs. If you see something do something, lead by example • Accountability - be accountable and provide timely feedback to your peers • Be revenue aware, will your action or inaction have revenue implications • Track and report on KPIs, providing leadership with clear visibility into partner pipeline, integration status, and revenue impact
• 1–3 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or client support. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Eagerness to learn ad tech platforms, analytics, and campaign management tools. • Clear and professional communication skills • Your own unique talents!
