📋 Description

• Discover client business requirements and document findings for client sign-off • Create project plans and timelines with clients and project teams • Configure company, payroll, and HR components of the HCM solution • Load historical payroll and tax information and balance historical records • Deliver administrator and manager training • Support clients for the first successful 30 days after go-live • Participate in formal hand-off of live clients • Complete implementations by expected Go Live dates • Provide expert support for integrated solutions • Lead implementation team workflows using project management expertise • Ensure a perfect first payroll • Serve as subject matter expert on PEO / HR+Payroll • Overcome client and internal obstacles to complete timely implementations • Coordinate with other departments • Participate in updating training and other events to share product skills and stay current on industry changes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with PEO and ASO-type implementation • Knowledge and experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax setup • Knowledge in GL exports and setup • Understanding of a variety of client personal time off plans • Experience processing payroll, setting up employees, adding deductions and direct deposit • Familiarity with multi-product integrations • Ability to prioritize between multiple deadlines • Capability to work independently • Proficient in delivering executive level communications • Experience with training clients to use software • Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques • Preferred experience with PrismHR • 3+ years implementing payroll or payroll software, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to lift and/or stand for long periods of time (up to 10 pounds)
