📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end operations, logistics, and execution of College Sports properties and assigned events • Lead end-to-end operations and logistics for College properties and other assigned events • Create season plans covering facility scheduling, manpower allocation, and vendor coordination • Create and manage crew grids for all events • Liaise with Field Technical and Operations Managers during events • Work with production and coordinating producers for assigned sports • Participate in the budget process for assigned sports • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, schools, conferences, venues, and external stakeholders • Manage operational documentation for the Field Operations team • Develop, execute, and refine workflows for assigned sports • Execute projects in a timely, open, and service-oriented manner • Coordinate daily operational logistics, on-site execution, and team workflows for College Sports

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in spreadsheet, writing, and presentation programs such as MS Office and Google Suite • Proficient in online collaboration tools such as Quip, Smartsheet, Playbook, and Slack • Ability to manage time-sensitive communications throughout large and regionally diverse groups at all hours • Ability to adapt to constant changes, environments, and teams • Willingness to manage and work multiple complex broadcast events simultaneously in an ever-changing environment • Multi-customer focus with the ability to quickly decipher technical and operational goals and execute them • Reliable, constantly available, and willing to execute tasks and support the team • Ability to travel approximately 20–50% throughout the year
