📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operational strategy, due diligence, integration, and separation/carve-out efforts across the company’s deal pipeline • Evaluate target business models, technology infrastructure, organizational structures, and operational risks • Develop integration cost models, synergy benchmarks, and risk mitigation strategies with functional leads • Own and evolve the global M&A Playbook, including frameworks, governance, tools, and methodologies • Serve as Integration Management Office (IMO) Lead for active deals from pre-sign through post-close stabilization • Direct cross-functional integration teams and establish KPIs and value-tracking dashboards • Establish governance structures and provide weekly/monthly executive reporting on milestones, risks, and budgets • Advise C-suite executive sponsors and functional vice presidents, driving consensus and resolving high-level friction points • Oversee change management strategies supporting cultural alignment, employee retention, and customer continuity post-close • Conduct post-mortem evaluations and refine operational execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or engineering • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred • 10–12+ years of total professional experience • 7+ years dedicated to M&A operations, post-merger integration (PMI), or corporate development • Deep experience managing complex, cross-functional integrations or carve-outs in Tech/SaaS/Healthcare • Background in top-tier management consulting (M&A practice) or corporate strategy/integration at a growth-stage/enterprise company preferred • Demonstrated mastery of project/program management governance (PMO/IMO setup) • Strong financial acumen and ability to model operational synergies and track deal budgets • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influence skills across all organizational levels • High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced deal environments
