Fragomen also engages in technology and strategic partnerships (for example, a joint venture on digital identity solutions) to support immigration compliance, workforce mobility, and related advisory services.

📋 Description

• Own one or more software products end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, adoption, and iteration • Build and manage product roadmaps balancing legal/business priorities, technical feasibility, and platform strategy • Gather and translate requirements from legal partners, attorneys, operations teams, and clients into user stories and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering teams throughout Agile development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story refinement, and release management • Build relationships with legal partners, firm leadership, engineers, designers, and support teams • Drive product workflows independently and make decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and scope • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI-assisted development tools • Stay current on AI models, tools, and software development practices • Define and track success metrics using data and stakeholder feedback • Support multiple concurrent software initiatives across the legal enterprise portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments • Track record of shipping enterprise software • Ability to gather requirements and deliver software products end-to-end, from concept to production • Experience owning and managing product roadmaps with accountability for outcomes • Strong stakeholder management skills across legal, business, and technical audiences • Self-directed, independent working style with strong ownership of customer satisfaction and product workflows • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar • Familiarity with the latest AI models and software trends • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree (nice to have) • Experience in legal technology, particularly immigration law or case management platforms (nice to have) • Background working in or alongside law firms, legal operations, or regulated enterprise environments (nice to have) • Authorization to work in the offered position’s location, subject to screening
