📋 Description

• Schedule and provide technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and installers • Test and troubleshoot Franklin Electric products • Supervise and assist at product installations • Promote and represent Franklin Electric products and programs at tradeshows and special events • Conduct product demonstrations as needed • Collect and report marketing information on competitive products, industry distribution or personnel changes, and customer needs • Write and submit weekly and special reports highlighting problems at sites or with customers or products • Interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form • Communicate information and respond to questions with customers, clients, the public, and employees

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within the Northeast region of the US • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (required) • Three to five years of related water systems or industry experience (preferred) • Travel 70% of the time, including up to 50% overnight travel • Ability to test and troubleshoot Franklin Electric products • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, the public, and employees
