📋 Description

• Provide service to customers across electronics, automotive, aviation, and aerospace industries at their facilities • Commission, maintain, and repair Hottinger Brüel & Kjær VTS equipment according to company procedures • Organize customer trips based on the provided schedule • Write onsite action summaries for customers and CRM documentation • Provide post-sales customer service • Resolve problems caused by unfamiliarity with equipment and systems • Travel to client sites for the majority of scheduled workdays

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States • Must not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship • Ability to understand or willingness to learn mechanical and electronic engineering • Ability to understand or willingness to learn hydraulic and pneumatics systems • Ability to assess and troubleshoot precision equipment • Ability to diagnose and perform necessary repairs • Capability to dismantle and reassemble high-precision equipment efficiently • Flexibility to travel to a client site with 48 hours’ notice • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Clean driving record • Business proficiency or better in English • Flexibility, mobility, adaptability, responsiveness, and autonomy • Willingness to learn new systems, skills, and techniques • Analytical thinking and strong troubleshooting skills • Strong communication skills • Willingness to travel for the majority of scheduled days
