📋 Description

• Teach the HCM320 course according to the specified curriculum, content, and learning outcomes • Assess and evaluate student assignments, exams, quizzes, labs, papers, homework, discussions, simulations, and other course activities • Assess overall student mastery of course material and subject matter content • Monitor and advise students on course-related work • Correspond promptly with students via email • Facilitate course-related discussions • Hold regular office hours to support student learning • Demonstrate teaching effectiveness through continuous professional development • Contribute subject matter expertise to courses taught • Support student success • Perform other duties assigned by the Lead Faculty

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Healthcare Education, or related subject area, or at least 18 graduate credit hours in healthcare-related academic fields • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry • Good verbal and electronic communication skills • Ability to provide constructive feedback • Strong facilitation skills • Knowledge of APA style • Preferred: PhD in a health-related discipline or DHA • Preferred: 3 years of related work experience in financial aspects of healthcare • Preferred: Cross-functional experience demonstrating progressive leadership and management responsibilities • Preferred: FACHE or other professional credentials from health management associations such as MGMA or AHIMA
