📋 Description

• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional client interactions through seamless delivery of FranklinCovey solutions • Manage execution of large-scale projects, including multiple workstreams and internal and external stakeholder management • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and setup through implementation closeout • Partner with FranklinCovey functions to set up, support, and maintain internal systems and portals, registration support, data delivery, budget and financial tracking, and other scope-dependent activities • Create and maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle • Lead project teams in monitoring costs, schedules, and performance of component projects • Write client communications and documents, including invitations, across multiple modalities and organizational levels • Manage project financials, including budgets, billing, time and expenses, invoicing, and contract alignment • Communicate project status, forecasts, completion rates, variances, billings, and backlog to key stakeholders • Serve as the primary client contact for information, updates, delivery, issue resolution, and data tracking • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings; document and communicate outcomes and actions • Edit and create PDF files and develop client-specific content supporting Global Consultant Designs • Discuss scope implications for design and support development or updates of PowerPoint presentations • Provide work direction to internal and external project teams • Work with Sales to identify and capitalize on business expansion opportunities • Provide quality assurance oversight for projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management • 3+ years of demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects • Understanding of business and effective management practices • Experience working in a training or consulting firm focused on people performance improvement • High detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize with minimal oversight • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; ability to manage simultaneous tasks and priorities • Ability to anticipate problems and identify alternative solutions • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams at all organizational levels, internally and with clients • Ability to collaborate with a team in a remote environment • Ability to collaborate with people and resources to ensure timely, quality task completion • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Willingness to adhere to established processes while identifying opportunities to improve or develop processes, structures, and systems • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn internal software programs • Experience with Smartsheets and Salesforce
