📋 Description

• Support FMC’s Call Center operations. • Provide exceptional service to customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues. • Answer inbound and making outbound calls, responding to customer requests within set timeframes. • Deliver exceptional quality of service to every customer. • Provide information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information quickly and accurately. • Build positive relationships with customers. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be local to Jacksonville, FL and fluent in both Spanish and English. • High School Graduate/GED. • 0-1 Years related work experience preferred. • Ability to multitask and be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. • Top-notch communication skills. • Must have excellent service orientation and ability to engage with customers. • Patience and politeness in explaining policies and procedures to customers.
