📋 Description

• Support FMC’s Call Center operations • Answer inbound and make outbound calls • Respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues • Pull up loan information and provide customers with accurate information • Provide verbal and written responses via phone, email, or letter • Explain policies and procedures and find solutions to customer inquiries • Build positive relationships with customers • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be local to Jacksonville, FL • High School Graduate/GED • 0–1 years related work experience preferred • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to answer inbound and make outbound calls • Ability to pull up loan information and provide accurate customer information • Ability to adhere to schedules and maintain regular, punctual attendance • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security • No licensure or certification required
