📋 Description

• Support FMC’s Call Center operations • Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer queries and resolving issues • Answer inbound and make outbound calls • Respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Pull up loan information and provide customers with accurate information quickly • Explain policies and procedures and find solutions to customer inquiries • Build positive relationships with customers • Maintain regular and punctual attendance • Comply with company policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be local to Jacksonville, FL • High School Graduate/GED • 0–1 years related work experience preferred • None required for licensure or certification • Ability to answer inbound and make outbound calls • Ability to respond to customer requests within set timeframes • Ability to pull up loan information and provide accurate information • Ability to adhere to schedules, multitask, meet deadlines, and provide verbal and written customer responses • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with company policies and procedures
