📋 Description
• Troubleshooting issues on publishers’ websites • Enabling features or products • Assisting in trafficking direct ad campaigns • Working closely with various departments • Communicating regularly with Yield Managers, Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Revenue Operations, and Publisher Support Engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management • General knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising, CRM software • Strong working knowledge of GAM, Excel, Google Products, direct-sold campaigns • A strong technical background and comfort with reading ad code, some CSS is a plus
