📋 Description

• Oversee a complex, multi-stream program end-to-end with external clients • Set program controls and track milestones across projects • Proactively manage program-level risks and issues • Establish technical, architectural, and delivery governance • Implement standardized reporting and compliance • Lead stakeholder engagement from C-suite to delivery teams and clients • Align deliverables to planned outcomes and quality standards • Own the program roadmap, controls, cadence, KPIs/OKRs, and standardized reporting • Align project managers, vendors, and client teams across multiple work streams • Manage interdependencies, schedules, resources, budgets, and technology • Maintain centralized risk registers and contingency plans • Manage budget, ROI, and outcomes • Deliver executive-ready updates • Tailor communications for executives and delivery teams • Run change control and maintain team alignment • Standardize and enforce processes and templates • Ensure benefits realization and high delivery standards • Apply process engineering and continuous-improvement practices from program design through execution • Navigate scope changes, delays, and other unexpected challenges with structured solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience • Experience overseeing multi-stream projects with globally distributed teams • Experience managing programs with over 50 team members and multiple project managers • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field • PMP certification • Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies in large-scale programs • Proficiency in creating governance frameworks, including steering committees or compliance processes • Experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and a PPM tool such as Mavenlink/Kantata • Experience building dashboards and status reports • Experience building WBS and dependency maps • Experience with standardized processes, program charters, and risk logs • Experience aligning roadmaps with contract and business goals • Experience driving benefits realization • Experience with proactive RAID management, PMI-style risk frameworks, and contingencies • Experience with executive-ready communications, RACI, conflict resolution, and leadership across distributed teams • Experience managing program budgets, expenditures, cost adjustments, and complex financial models • Experience with Fixed Price, T&M, milestone-based payments, revenue recognition, fixed monthly fees, and expense recovery • Experience owning budgets and resource plans and leading change control • Strong attention to detail • Familiarity with application modernization or ability to quickly adapt to new sectors • Strong negotiation skills • Experience with C-Suite stakeholders
