📋 Description
• Assist customers with ISP troubleshooting and connectivity issues • Escalate technical concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone • Provide professional, patient, and solutions-oriented support • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable multitasking across multiple screens and tools
🎯 Requirements
• Open availability (24/7) ; schedules will be assigned after training • Previous Customer Service experience (high call volume preferred) • Strong communication and de-escalation skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask • Basic technical ability (install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment) • Prior Call Center or remote work experience • Basic Technical Support experience
