📋 Description

• Provide clinical consulting for Synapse PACS/MI projects • Configure reports (CV) • Analyze workflows • Perform end-to-end testing • Deliver remote or onsite customer training • Provide go-live support • Support sales and company team members in using company products • Serve as a consultant to customers and company personnel • Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer-site contacts • Resolve application-related and image-quality concerns at product and system levels • Work with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and professional staff to ensure efficient product operation • Create and maintain customer-training documentation • Provide additional training and consultation • Support customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions • Maintain communications with Service, Engineering, Integration, and Customer Service departments • Provide telephone and remote clinical support through the Technical Assistance Center • Comply with quality management, regulatory, U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable requirements • Complete vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities • Participate in professional organizations • Maintain product knowledge and customer satisfaction • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS Administration, or the healthcare industry • Experience in Cardiology or Radiology preferred • Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant healthcare field required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant healthcare field preferred • Experience in a related field • Healthcare, software application, or IT industry background a plus • Medical imaging background • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate with end-users and clinical supervisors • Demonstrated end-user computer skills • Competence with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Effective interpersonal skills • Technical support experience and excellent troubleshooting skills • Ability to identify workflow requirements and map them to product features • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in the IT/Healthcare field • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to apply quality management system processes • Ability to promote company standards of business conduct • Ability to complete company training and expenses in a timely manner • Ability to comply with U.S. FDA medical-device regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Must comply with and pass vendor-credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access • Preferred clinical registrations/experience: RDCS, RVT, Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Registered Nurse Cardiac, or ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist • Physical ability to sit 75–100% of work time, use hands and fingers up to 100%, stand/talk/hear 75%, lift and carry up to 10 pounds up to 20%, walk long distances, use stairs, and tolerate air-pressure changes during travel • Ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less • Frequent travel, up to 75%, may be required
