📋 Description

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on imaging systems within the assigned service area • Perform unscheduled maintenance with technical support assistance • Install and de-install products and peripheral equipment • Maintain effective relationships and communications with field personnel, home office personnel, management, and customers • Escalate issues and customer concerns; conduct root cause analysis and resolve service delivery issues • Complete expense reports, timecards, work orders, service appointments, parts inventory records, training, and QA/RA work • Maintain customer service orders and internal service records according to company policies • Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up • Complete administrative duties and paperwork accurately and promptly • Maintain assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts; return parts within required timeframes • Promote the company's image and reputation • Perform other duties assigned by the Area Service Manager • Travel up to 100%, including overnight and air travel, based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science discipline, or equivalent experience • Minimum one year of previous field service experience • Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance • Active listening skills and above average customer service skills • Sound organization and administrative skills; self-starter with ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company required standards • Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to communicate technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner • Ability to operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and diagnostic testers • Valid driver's license and safe driving record • Good interpersonal skills • Reliable and able to work independently • Professional image • Ability to work in medical, clinical environments, including sites under construction • Ability to work in high magnetic fields of up to 3 Tesla • Ability to work odd hours, overtime, and travel as required • Must comply with vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities • Must comply with applicable U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, laws, regulations, and standards
