• Develop corporate and product communications strategies aligned with Medical Informatics Business Unit marketing goals • Collaborate on clinical-specific messaging and delivery for assigned product areas such as cardiology, radiology, pathology, or PACS • Recommend communications tactics, budget allocation, and activities for approved strategies • Prepare communication project briefs covering goals, scope, content, creative parameters, timing, and budget • Establish campaign metrics and KPIs • Specialize in website optimization and user experience • Lead SEO/GEO projects and tactics • Manage advertising and vendor budgets, reconciliations, spending analyses, and inventory management • Manage marketing communications content, tactics, and projects for designated products, specifically cardiology • Identify informational needs and coordinate creative briefings • Support Medical Informatics digital platforms and sales enablement tools • Identify, contract, and manage outside resources and agencies • Plan photo shoots, video productions, and editing sessions • Support internal and external event planning, trade shows, and promotional communications campaigns • Support Public Relations, Employee Communications, Event, and E-Communications efforts • Develop marketing communications materials for advertising, brochures, websites, presentations, eblasts, and trade shows • Prepare reports, budgets, project tracking, and analyses measuring communications effectiveness • Assist product management with communications media and advertising materials representing PACS products and services • Generate content for trade, event, print, email, web, and social media communications • Comply with applicable medical device regulatory and quality requirements
• At least five years’ marketing communications or advertising experience in the healthcare space, agency and/or client-side, IT, and B-2-B space • PACS or enterprise imaging marketing experience either in a clinical setting or within a PACS vendor marketing team • Experience with online communications, demand generation, lead nurturing, media planning, sales enablement tools, events, and trade show marketing • High attention to detail and project management skills with proven experience in managing projects and campaigns to successful on-time completion • Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or advertising • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective communication skills to work within healthcare product management, Sales and company communications to tell the clinical story • Strong presentation and analytic skills • Proficient using Microsoft Office, digital marketing, and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Showpad, etc. • Ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time • Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time • Close vision: ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less • Willingness to travel approximately 25% • Compliance with applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Successful candidates must comply with applicable COVID-19 testing, face-covering, vaccination, or facility credentialing requirements when applicable
