📋 Description

• Lead implementation of new procurement tools, processes, and policies across all group companies • Gather business requirements and support solution design, development, testing, validation, rollout, and integration with external business applications • Assist with day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of procurement systems • Assist with development of sourcing strategies, including contract negotiation, cost targets, and supply chain risk evaluation and mitigation • Support group companies in achieving annual cost-saving targets • Enforce procurement best practices and standardization across Fujifilm group companies • Assist with end-user training and communications • Lead testing and change-management processes for new tools and processes • Perform routine Ariba administration and maintenance • Coordinate and lead cross-company validation efforts and manage validation documentation • Assist with procurement reporting and analysis of procurement KPIs, including recommendations, tracking, and reporting • Negotiate supplier agreements, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings while ensuring product quality and on-time deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience required • Bachelor’s degree • Strong analytical skills • Strong knowledge of tools within the Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced Excel knowledge • Demonstrated experience with validation requirements for medical companies • Demonstrated experience developing, initiating and managing sourcing strategies with tactical processing capabilities and building strategic supplier relationships • Previous ERP systems and purchase order processing experience with Ariba and SAP • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to lead teams working in a remote environment • Ability to lead large-scale projects, work with diverse teams, and manage relationships for successful outcomes • Willingness to travel 10–20%
