📋 Description
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account updates • Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective problem-solving techniques • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction • Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall service • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
