📋 Description
• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would • Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress
🎯 Requirements
• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology • A valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held • Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families • Must be authorized to work in the United States

• This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits • Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement
