📋 Description

• Deliver virtual school counselor services supporting students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth • Complete evaluations, assessments, and reports • Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require when required • Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress • Promptly notify campus and district contacts when a student misses a session • Immediately notify campus and district contacts of threats or safety concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Arizona School Counselor certificate • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held • Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and virtual delivery in a school/IEP context • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families • Must be authorized to work in the United States
