📋 Description

• Provide professional Christian faith-based counseling through secure telehealth services • Integrate Biblical principles into counseling sessions when appropriate and consistent with client goals and preferences • Assist clients with emotional, relational, marital, family, grief, anxiety, depression, life transition, and spiritual concerns • Develop individualized treatment plans and counseling goals • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation • Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as appropriate • Uphold ethical, professional, and Biblical standards of practice • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Current Board Certification in Christian Counseling from a nationally recognized certifying organization is required • Applicants must provide verification of Board Certification during the hiring process • Excellent understanding of Biblical principles and their ethical integration into counseling • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience providing counseling, coaching, ministry care, or related helping services • Ability to provide services professionally through a telehealth platform • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Reliable internet connection and private workspace for virtual counseling • Louisiana residents preferred; qualified candidates from other states may be considered • Graduate education in Counseling, Psychology, Theology, Divinity, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Pastoral Counseling, or related disciplines is preferred • Active clinical licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.) is welcomed but not required unless necessary for specific services provided
