📋 Description

• Provide concierge-level clinical care to Ezra members • Communicate with members regarding their medical history and results • Maintain and update medical records • Serve as liaison to radiology partners to receive results and request further information • Handle administrative tasks related to member care and Medical Team workflows • Assist with tasks to optimize operations • Contribute to clinical research • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for existing and upcoming products • Stay current with clinical standards and research and apply evidence-based practices to clinical care • Work required hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree • Compact/multi-state nursing license (NLC/MSL) • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience • Excellent clinical skills • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics, specifically in imaging • Experience working with patients both synchronous and asynchronously in a telehealth environment • Quiet work environment/office space with high-speed internet connectivity • Excellent communication and listening skills • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities • Organized with strong time management • Detail-oriented and resourceful • Flexible with the ability to multitask • Knowledgeable and comfortable with telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack
