📋 Description

• Serve as the primary clinical education liaison to subcontracted agency partners • Conduct needs assessments to identify education gaps, competency requirements, and training priorities • Develop individualized education plans aligned with agency patient populations, services, and staffing models • Communicate education progress, outcomes, and concerns with agency leadership and organizational stakeholders • Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure knowledge retention and skill acquisition • Develop and deliver education on infusion therapy, documentation, devices, medication administration, and organizational protocols • Use clinical documentation platforms and test patients for simulation-based training as appropriate • Provide individualized and group training sessions virtually and in person as needed • Design and maintain training tracks, modules, quizzes, and multimedia resources in learning management systems • Assign, track, and monitor agency staff education completion and outcomes • Maintain documentation of completed trainings and certifications • Support agency users with training content and platform navigation • Use project management platforms to assign, track, and communicate tasks • Collaborate with agency partners and CSI Nursing on education initiatives, shared projects, and process improvements • Contribute to short- and long-term educational planning • Maintain tracking of agency education needs, completed trainings, and outstanding items • Provide ongoing support by phone, email, or video calls • Provide education on new medications, protocols, and clinical procedures • Maintain current clinical knowledge through occasional patient care as needed • Maintain professional communication with agency partners • Respond to clinical and educational inquiries • Foster learning, engagement, and continuous improvement among agency nursing staff

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience • At least 1 year in an infusion, home health, or similar specialty setting • Experience facilitating training or education for clinical staff, preferably in an agency or external partner setting • Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with learning management systems, video conferencing platforms, and clinical documentation platforms • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CST with light flexibility • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education preferred • Experience with project management platforms, virtual learning technologies, and agency or vendor partner management preferred • Certification in nursing education, infusion therapy, or relevant specialty preferred
