📋 Description

• Provide telephonic patient contact and care • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states • Make outbound calls to provide education and support for new medications • Support continuity of care for defined patient populations through telecommunications nursing outreach programs • Educate patients on medication adherence and disease states • Collaborate with healthcare professionals • Use critical thinking to support patient care • Provide customer service to patients and caregivers • Work Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence • Must have multi-state/compact privileges and ability to be licensed in all non-compact states, territories and the District of Columbia based on business needs • Must meet specific state nursing board requirements • Must be based in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Idaho, or Iowa • 3+ years of clinical RN experience required • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Previous telephonic nursing experience preferred • EPIC systems experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • RN Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing
