📋 Description

• Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high standard of service • Develop and apply strong working knowledge of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to accurately and confidently support investors • Evaluate current AI tools and responses to identify gaps, improve the customer experience, and drive team efficiency • Work with the Fundrise team to develop systematic methods for scaling the business and further supporting the growing investor base

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of prior customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment • Understanding of the impact of positive, proactive customer service on brand loyalty and customer retention • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex topics clearly • Comfort working independently while staying closely coordinated with a team • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Desire to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred • Prior customer service experience in real estate or financial services preferred
