IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Support healthcare applications through planning, design, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and ongoing support • Provide technical support by analyzing and diagnosing stakeholder problems and determining resolutions • Gather, validate, and translate technology requirements into design and development specifications • Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain applications, workflows, processes, and hardware • Document and recommend workflow changes and technical/functional designs supporting business requirements • Partner with external vendors on third-party application integration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting • Resolve incidents and problems according to service levels and department standards • Serve as project manager and perform project-management functions for small to mid-size projects • Collaborate with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors • Follow documentation and change-management standards • Participate in developing training and knowledge materials for peers, end users, and team members • Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software products • Develop and understand business reporting needs for end users • Participate in on-call and command-center responsibilities, if applicable • Develop and maintain testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity • Participate in team, project, and department meetings • Complete minimum viable products for demands in ServiceHub • Request project and enhancement-work resources through the ServiceHub Resource Plan process

🎯 Requirements

• Prefer Epic Beaker CP certified or accredited / Data Innovations certified • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel pivot tables, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word • In-depth business and application knowledge and experience • Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems • Skill in assessing needs and determining appropriate approaches through documentation • Skill in problem definition and data collection, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions • Ability to read and interpret industry periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations • Ability to write correspondence and process documents • Blood Bank, Pathology, and Microbiology clinical knowledge and expertise • Two years of work experience, or actively working toward a bachelor's degree with four years of experience in a related area • Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education upon Supervisory and HR approval • Must certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification • Ability to operate computers and other IT equipment requiring finger and hand movement • Ability to see and read computer monitors and documents • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods • Availability for Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MST schedule • Candidates may not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington
