📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead its execution as Co-Founder & CEO • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning • Lead pilots with independent RIAs, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion • Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback • Lead the seed raise with support from FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team and establish the company's cultural foundation • Co-create Weli AI with FutureSight's cross-functional team • Develop Weli AI, an embedded intelligence layer for wealth advisors that integrates market and news signals with client and portfolio data • Enable prioritized next-best actions and auto-drafted client communications within existing CRM and portfolio management tools

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Direct exposure to WealthTech and AI agents/LLMs • Ability to lead pilots with independent RIAs and convert them to paid engagements • Ability to refine ICP, pricing model, and product positioning • Ability to recruit and lead a founding team • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the candidate's goals as a founder
