📋 Description

• Co-found FutureSight's next B2B AI venture • Partner with FutureSight on testing, validating, refining, and prototyping business ideas • Define the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning • Lead customer pilots, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion • Partner with product and engineering teams to ship V1 and iterate based on user feedback • Lead pre-seed and seed fundraising rounds • Recruit and lead the founding team and establish the company's cultural foundation • Set the venture's direction and lead execution from inception through fundraising and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Generalist foundation with solid skills in a key startup discipline: sales, technology, product, design, or marketing • Relevant domain expertise or industry advantage • Genuine passion for solving challenges in the relevant domain • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining alignment with founder goals
