📋 Description

• Partner on early-stage testing, validation, and refinement of the business idea • Prototype potential solutions to validate and sell them • Decide which ideas to discontinue before committing to the strongest opportunity • Define the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning • Lead customer pilots and convert them into paid engagements • Build the go-to-market motion • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate based on user feedback • Lead pre-seed and seed fundraising rounds • Recruit and lead the founding team • Establish the company’s cultural foundation • Set the venture’s direction and lead execution • Co-create and own a single B2B AI venture from inception through fundraising and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Generalist foundation with solid skills in a key startup discipline such as sales, technology, product, design, or marketing • Relevant domain expertise or industry advantage • Genuine passion for solving challenges in the relevant domain • Full-time, exclusive commitment to building and owning a single B2B AI venture • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-alignment note required for application
