📋 Description

• Define and champion FuzeRx’s technology vision and strategy using AI, machine learning, and LLMs • Ensure technology infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security • Collaborate with the CEO and C-suite on company strategy, technology roadmap, and performance metrics • Lead the engineering organization through the end-to-end product development lifecycle • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technology organization • Establish priorities and execute product roadmaps supporting growth and patient experience • Drive user-centric technology solutions for patients and healthcare professionals • Establish and evangelize technology best practices • Evolve FuzeRx’s platform architecture and implement scalable systems and processes • Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing engineering culture • Partner with product, science, and business teams on strategic priorities • Develop high-potential leaders and technical talent • Drive communication and collaboration across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or closely-related technical field • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across product, engineering, and data science functions • At least seven years in executive roles at a high-growth startup or a large, complex technology organization • Experience building and scaling high-performing, cross-functional global teams of 100+ across engineering, data science, and product • Experience managing remote or distributed teams • Track record of scaling customer-facing digital products or platforms from early stages to significant user base • Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, data analytics, and AI/ML frameworks • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes • Experience with React and React Native • Knowledge of API-first design principles • Experience leading Agile teams and driving cross-functional collaboration • Ability to thrive in a highly regulated healthcare technology environment • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods and perform the stated physical requirements • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship or transfer available
