📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact between Competitive Intelligence and metro teams, including Heads of Sales, Construction Project Managers, and General Managers • Communicate findings, recommendations, and metrics updates to management and stakeholders through presentations, email communications, and write-ups • Identify and recommend creative improvements to defined problems through better analytical methods and tools • Plan and execute prioritized analytical work, selecting appropriate methods to achieve objectives • Develop roadmaps and track action plans, risks, and issues to keep analysis on track • Translate data into insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and customer growth • Model business scenarios, define metrics, address operational challenges, and proactively implement improvements where relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent practical degree • 5 years of experience in sales forecasting, business analysis, planning or related experience • 5 years of experience performing analytical work and working with data sets • Experience analyzing data and creating reports using SQL, Google Sheets or Excel, Tableau/Looker or other dashboarding tools • Presentation skills, specifically to senior management preferred • Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously preferred • Highly collaborative, able to storytell and build long-term relationships with cross-functional teams preferred • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills preferred • Experience in the Telecom industry, especially in an analytical or technical role, preferred • Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
