• Prospect and build a network for new business opportunities • Develop sales leads within the territory • Collaborate with the VP of Sales on strategies for expanding business • Negotiate and close sales agreements • Communicate customer order changes or cancellations • Coordinate with customer service regarding order status • Maintain accurate records of client contacts and sales activity • Represent Gabby at industry conferences and events

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the furniture or home furnishings industry • Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals • Skilled at building and managing a sales pipeline • Strong relationship-building skills with designers, retailers, and decision-makers • Operates with independence, initiative, and accountability • Comfortable handling contracts, commissions, and reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong planning and follow-up skills
