📋 Description

• Develop and implement the organization’s IT security strategy, policies, and procedures • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability tests • Identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the organization’s IT security posture, insights, recommendations, and metrics • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals • Own compliance, security architecture, and identity management • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, and Security teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Security Leadership • 10+ years of experience with compliance, security engineering, identity management and security architecture • Technical Security Leadership • Experience leading and managing a team of IT security professionals • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical executive audiences • Strong presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills • Full-time availability • Nice-to-have: experience managing a security team in a SaaS environment • Nice-to-have: managed IT in addition to security teams • Nice-to-have: security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM
