📋 Description

• Lead the Atlas Renewals Diagnostic end-to-end, from executive sponsorship and scoping through qualitative interviews, systems walkthroughs, maturity scoring, and executive diagnostic readout • Convert diagnostic findings into a target service design defining autonomous, approval-based, and human renewal actions across the autonomy ramp • Author business cases with parity and partnership scenarios, documented assumptions, capacity modeling, and cost-to-serve analysis • Set pricing inputs and collaborate with Deal Desk and Finance on structure, margin, and ramp curves • Produce an AI and human responsibility matrix with responsible parties, autonomy levels, guardrails, and escalation paths • Maintain solution integrity through commercial negotiation and map the design and business case to contract terms • Transfer design intent, assumptions, risks, and open decisions to Delivery and Solutions Architecture at close • Assemble delivery handoff materials, including deal review records, readiness scorecards, final readouts, pricing models, and open-items registers • Re-validate the design against live performance during ramp and own the Partnership Value Assessment • Contribute to diagnostic method improvement, the asset library, and practice tooling • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales AEs and AMs, Data Analysts, Solutions Architects, Deal Desk, Finance, and Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of business problems • Experience presenting findings to senior executives • Experience in renewal, customer success, or subscription revenue operations • Strong financial modeling capability in Excel, including multi-year business cases, margin analysis, and scenario ranges • Ability to set priorities and drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision • Ability to design and price a configured operating model with a commercial case attached • Experience holding a solution through negotiation and translating design intent into contract terms • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 25% • Ability to work in the USA
