📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks • Ingest data from relational databases, APIs, files, and cloud storage • Implement data transformation, cleansing, validation, and enrichment logic • Optimize Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Implement reliable, versioned, and auditable data models using Data Lake • Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports • Implement performance-optimized DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs • Apply star and snowflake schemas for analytics use cases • Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical solutions and visual insights • Maintain data mapping documents, transformation specifications, and runbook inputs • Support deployments across DEV, STG, UAT, and PRD environments • Work with Microsoft Azure cloud data platforms, including Azure Data Lake Storage • Implement data governance, security, and access controls, including Power BI row-level security • Support CI/CD pipelines for data and BI artifacts • Provide technical input on feasibility, risks, and delivery trade-offs to engagement leadership • Enforce standards for documentation, peer reviews, testing, and release readiness • Monitor data pipelines and proactively resolve data quality or performance issues • Apply healthcare domain experience with PBM/PBA data, pharmacy, and program analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 6 or more years of programming or testing experience with relevant programming languages, relational databases, operating systems, and software • Familiarity with enterprise BI integrations and governed analytics platforms • Knowledge of claims processing, member, provider enrollment and management • Experience supporting state Medicaid agencies, MMIS modernization, or Medicaid managed care analytics • Familiarity with T-MSIS, CMS reporting requirements, and state-specific Medicaid data standards • Knowledge of Medicaid claims adjudication, eligibility determination processes, provider enrollment, and encounter submission workflows • Experience with Medicaid quality, compliance, or program integrity reporting • Strong expertise in ETL development, cloud data platforms, and data visualization best practices • Experience with Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Lake Storage, Spark, DAX, dimensional modeling, data governance, security, and CI/CD pipelines • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
