📋 Description

• Lead and govern the design of complex, multi-phased MuleSoft integration projects • Ensure adherence to API-led connectivity and integration patterns • Identify opportunities and efficiencies in customers’ IT operating models • Support implementation of the SDLC pipeline to maximize MuleSoft platform value • Define and scale enterprise integration best practices, reference architectures, foundational assets, and API patterns • Establish and enforce DevOps models, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and API lifecycle management standards • Scale reusable best practices, reference architectures, and implementations globally • Enable field teams and partners to improve delivery and customer success • Lead requirements workshops and deliver architectural blueprint documents • Identify product gaps and provide insights to guide product direction and feature delivery • Advise client executives and internal sales/delivery teams throughout pre-sales and project delivery • Mentor and coach junior architects, engineers, and consultants • Drive decisions on complex technical challenges across integration solutions • Relay field feedback to MuleSoft Product Management and Engineering and influence the platform roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret level security clearance • 10+ years of IT experience • 5+ years leading complex integration and solution architecture initiatives • 2+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience or similar experience • Proficiency in designing and implementing API-led connectivity and integration patterns • Expertise in High Availability (HA), scalability, SDLC, and full API lifecycle management • Experience architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions • Experience defining full API life-cycle management from design through deployment, operations, and governance • Exceptional customer-facing communication and expectation management skills • Experience managing and architecting multiple technical integration projects using SDLC end-to-end • Experience architecting service integrations with MuleSoft and other integration solutions • Understanding of API security principles, including authentication, authorization, and security policies • Preferred: expertise in Microservices, Service Mesh, Serverless, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, technical workshops, cybersecurity frameworks, multi-cloud, DevOps, networking/infrastructure, programming, and databases • Desired certifications include CKA, CISSP, CISM, or Security+
