📋 Description

• Support the Business Process Services team in claims processing according to policy guidelines • Meet client-established production and quality requirements for timely claims processing • Use policy guidelines and leadership-established criteria to evaluate claim errors • Make adjudication decisions • Help develop processes, technologies, and solutions that improve health and human services outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of fundamental concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance fields • Basic reading and analysis skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions • Basic computer use skills • Ability to multitask across multiple claims efficiently • Ability to work independently to meet individual production goals
