📋 Description

• Analyze business challenges and help create purpose-built technologies and solutions for better health and human services outcomes • Collaborate with business analysts to make client recommendations that improve business processes • Translate client business needs and technical requirements into simpler non-technical language • Analyze and document systems requirements and business processes • Build basic conceptual data and process models to quantify potential system-change impacts • Verify client requirements in system designs by executing and analyzing basic test case scenarios from existing test plans • Participate in technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders to ensure final products meet client expectations • Develop technical skills using Microsoft Excel, SQL and Visio

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and triage bugs and defects • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in a professional work environment • Interest in working at the intersection of the technical and non-technical and learning more about business processes and re-engineering • Ability to work in a team environment with other professionals • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Photo will be taken during screening for verification in all steps of the recruitment process • Quiet location with a stable internet connection for screenings, interviews and meetings • Video required for screenings and interviews • Do not use AI tools, virtual backgrounds/filters, or visual enhancements during the interview
