📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process analysis activities • Identify and document complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements • Advise clients on Immunization Information System best practices, workflows, and solution capabilities • Translate business needs into functional requirements, business rules, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align objectives and solutions • Drive requirements traceability, scope management, and change control • Facilitate solution design discussions and evaluate impacts, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations • Support testing by validating requirements and reviewing test scenarios • Communicate with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams • Mentor Business Analysts and project team members • Perform process assessments, gap analyses, and impact analyses • Research and define solutions for new requirements, legislation, and operational changes • Present recommendations, solution options, and proof-of-concept outcomes • Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies • Support configuration and implementation through business and functional analysis • Ensure quality deliverables meet project timelines and organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, or related experience • 6+ years of Immunization Information System, Immunization Registry, Public Health, or related healthcare technology experience preferred • Strong experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations and client-facing delivery projects • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, requirements management, testing, and solution delivery practices • Strong experience with requirements traceability, impact analysis, and business process modeling • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Strong healthcare domain knowledge • Ability to translate business needs into actionable solution requirements • Ability to lead complex discussions with executive and operational stakeholders • Video cameras required during interviews and the initial week of orientation
