📋 Description

• Oversee daily quality assurance activities and prioritize team workload • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results meeting organizational and client expectations • Identify quality trends and analyze performance data • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning • Lead internal audit activities and conduct quality reviews • Ensure adherence to quality management standards, testing methodologies, operational requirements, policies, and procedures • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on process development, technology implementations, testing, and service improvement initiatives • Monitor and evaluate voice and non-voice interactions for accuracy, compliance, and experience • Conduct daily reviews and audits of calls, transactions, and related business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Quality Assurance or subject matter experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Deep healthcare/Medicaid operations expertise, preferably in Claims • 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience • Knowledge of claims • Experience leading quality assurance programs, developing teams, and driving measurable improvements • Knowledge of quality management principles, quality control practices, root cause analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies • Ability to evaluate complex issues, interpret performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with quality monitoring systems, testing methodologies, operational technologies, scheduling tools, and business software applications • Broadband Internet connection with minimum 24 MBS download and 8 MBS upload • Home office or room with a door • Availability for punctual 8am–5pm hours
