📋 Description

• Lead, train, motivate, develop, and measure the performance of the PB maintenance analyst team • Manage member relationships and support effective workflows and complex issue resolution • Plan learning deliverables for annual forums and applicable conferences • Onboard new staff in a measured manner • Track team, project, and individual performance goals • Identify and support process improvements • Assist with staff coaching, Go-Live coverage, and legacy expansion support • Develop new features and workflows and make design decisions • Resolve advanced and complex integration JIRA and Help-Desk tickets • Collaborate with Help Desk, Product, Epic Clinical, and other OCHIN teams • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are realistic and actionable • Serve as the first escalation point for members • Enforce OCHIN policies, Go-Live support requirements, Tempo time tracking, Critical Incident reporting, and JIRA SLAs/SLEs • Develop resource planning processes and monitor staffing • Review ticket metrics and ensure SLA compliance • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Lead working sessions with members to resolve advanced integration work orders and support issues • Provide workflow solutions and hands-on system training • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • Quality-assure complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders • Provide elbow support during Go-Lives and mock clinics • Lead member trainings and workgroups • Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts • Develop and share workflow best practices • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document new system functionality • Travel to support off-site software installations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant Epic Application Analyst role • 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification required • Experience in both PB Claims or PB desired • Ideally, at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Requirement to work in a distraction-free workplace • Must be on camera for all virtual meetings • Willingness/ability to travel nationally for Go-Live installations based on business requirements
