📋 Description

• Supervise daily prior authorization and reimbursement support operations for pain intervention therapies • Coach, develop, and manage team performance to achieve service, quality, and productivity objectives • Monitor payer requirements, coverage policies, and authorization processes to support timely patient access • Resolve complex reimbursement, coverage, and escalation issues with payers, providers, and internal stakeholders • Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience • Partner with reimbursement, sales, clinical, and patient access teams to address coverage and payment barriers • Develop and deliver training on prior authorization workflows, payer requirements, and reimbursement processes • Ensure compliance with company policies, payer guidelines, and applicable healthcare regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience OR Associate's Degree and 3+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year of supervisory experience OR 3+ years of customer service experience • Experience in customer service, patient access, reimbursement support, prior authorization, or healthcare operations • Experience leading, supervising, coaching, or directing the work of employees or teams • Experience working with healthcare payers, insurance verification, authorization processes, or reimbursement activities • Proficiency with customer service systems and Microsoft Office applications • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
