📋 Description
• Overseeing work across three functional areas • Ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and client relationship management • Coaching and mentoring team members • Communicating with the client, company and project team leadership • Creating project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives • Actively project managing across non-direct reports
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Seven or more years of experience in project and/or program management • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Proven experience as a team lead or in a management capacity • Experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology (required); Agile methodology experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Project; experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO) preferred
