📋 Description

• Drive the development of AI-powered solutions incorporating GenAI for chatbots, documentation tools, and predictive analytics • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into Gainwell’s platforms • Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with client needs • Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Establish best practices for AI and GenAI deployment • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards • Stay informed about AI advancements and identify opportunities to incorporate them into Gainwell’s offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field required; Master’s preferred • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML • 3+ years working on GenAI or related technologies • Experience integrating AI solutions in healthcare or government systems is a plus • Ability to lead AI engineers and data scientists • Knowledge of AI and GenAI deployment best practices • Knowledge of regulatory and ethical compliance standards • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Minimal travel required, approximately 0–10%
