📋 Description

• Own pharmacy program design, development, execution, and performance • Monitor markets, market demands, and client pain points to develop competitive pharmacy programs, services, and solutions • Analyze financial performance, pharmacy business growth forecasts, business pipeline projections, and new-solution value models • Partner with the VP of Growth, State Sector Leaders, and Account General Managers on bid-pipeline analysis and state-strategy development • Support state needs through RFP and bid proposals for the Pharmacy Center of Excellence organization • Drive initiatives supporting strategy, pharmacy growth, and business development • Report key-initiative status and align organizational resources for strategy delivery • Support executive growth plans and market strategies • Develop strategy materials and presentations • Analyze business development projects and senior-leadership initiatives • Support Pharmacy segment P&L management • Support Rx cost-optimization strategies • Deliver analysis and support business cases for new investments • Serve as an industry expert on GainwellRx while interfacing with external clients, vendors, and business partners • Develop new concepts with states and collaborate with teams to deliver supporting models

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree and/or 10+ years of pharmacy-related experience • Strategic planning, communication, and financial analysis skills • Experience interacting with healthcare-industry clients • Track record of cross-functional leadership of teams and projects spanning people, process, and technology • Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate externally and with senior executives • Approximately 20% travel to support key client meetings
