📋 Description

• Serve as a key partner to ITO Delivery leadership • Drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business outcomes across the organization • Develop data-driven insights through analytics, dashboards, and KPI measurement • Support executive decision-making and continuous improvement efforts • Create Power BI reports and data visualizations • Support ServiceNow and Azure DevOps intake and workflow optimization • Create executive presentations and communications • Manage leadership staff meetings and action tracking • Coordinate strategic planning sessions and offsite workshops • Support PI supply and demand forecasting • Manage CTO/ITO business requests, including status reporting, accomplishments, goals and objectives, and budget-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field • Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and tools such as Power BI • Working knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting/programming languages • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights • Experience working in Agile environments • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
